Advantages

Masterbatch is a mixture of powdered chemicals and polymer binders dispersed into a rubber. It helps to reduce curing time and increases dispersibility. Masterbatch is easier to handle
and use compared to the powdered products. Masterbatch is a custom-made product which we mix as requested by customers. To reduce the hassle of cleaning up and mixing powdered chemicals at a plant, Masterbatch is produced in sheet types and pellet types which users simply need to weigh and add into their mix.
